Q1How do I buy coins?
Tap “Buy coins” on the paywall of any drama, or open Top up from “Me”. Choose a coin pack first, then a payment method.
Q2What packs are available?
500 coins — US$4.99 (2 dramas); 1,200 coins — US$10.99 (6 dramas, best value); 2,400 coins — US$19.99 (12 dramas).
Q3Which payment methods do you accept?
Card (Visa / Mastercard / Amex), USDT (TRC20), Alipay, WeChat Pay and DuitNow QR.
Q4Why are prices in US dollars? What currency am I charged in?
Prices are shown in US dollars. Once you pick a payment method, the exact amount and currency you will be charged appears next to it — that is the amount you pay.
Q5Why is Card missing on the 500-coin pack?
Card payments require at least US$10 per transaction, so Card is not shown for that pack. Use another method, or choose the 1,200-coin pack.
Q6I paid but my coins have not arrived.
Please refresh the page or reopen the site first. If they still do not show, send us your order number or username and we will credit them right away. Paying on the same device and browser where you are signed in makes coins arrive faster.
Q7Can I get a refund?
Coins are a digital product, so top-ups are non-refundable.

Q8How many coins does one drama cost?
200 coins for any drama. Once unlocked, it stays unlocked forever.
Q9Do coins expire?
No. Both purchased coins and coins earned from tasks are permanent.
Q10In what order are coins spent?
Daily gift coins first, then task coins, then purchased coins.
Q11How can I earn free coins?
Daily check-in, watching 10 minutes, sharing a drama and watching ads. One-time tasks: add to home screen, invite friends, and a friend's first top-up.
Watching & ads
Q12Why does a paywall appear at 30 seconds?
Every drama has a 30-second free preview. After that you can unlock it, or watch a short ad to keep watching for 1 more minute and earn 1 coin.
Q13How many coins do ads give?
1 coin per completed ad, up to 6 times a day.
Q14The ad will not load. What should I do?
This is usually a network or ad-inventory issue — please try again shortly. If no ad is available, we simply give you the extra minute anyway.

Q15Do I need to register?
No. Just start watching. After your first top-up you set a username and password, which lets you sign in on any device.
Q16Why can't I find “Change password”?
It appears under Me → Settings only after you have set a username and password.
Q17My coins are gone on a new device.
Coins belong to your account. Sign in with the username and password you set. If you have not set one yet, contact us with your order number.
App & content
Q18Is there an app?
Not yet — the website only. You can add it to your home screen for an app-like experience and earn 30 coins for doing so.
Q19Can I download episodes?
No. Dramas are for online viewing only.
Q20I can't find the drama I want.
Tell us the title and we will ask the rights holder about adding it.
